Current Progress [80 Day Obsession]
What I’ve learned. Exercise is all mental. If you can convince your mind to show up- your body WILL follow.
When I decided to do 80 Day Obsession- I transformed & prepared my mind FIRST. I told myself no matter where we were (location wise) the workouts WOULD happen.
I can confidently say Days 1-26 have happened at numerous locations. The lake being my absolute favorite.
SO MANY TIMES in the past, we would go to the lake and I would have every intention of working out- only to not. I would come up with excuses and just not do it....
I LET THAT BAD HABIT GO!!
Now- I show up at home, at the lake, at my parents, at my in- laws, and wherever the wind takes me. WHY? BECAUSE IT MAKES ME FEEL FLIPPING AWESOME.
